  • A Health Coach’s role is to provide accountability, advice and support. They are a source of health information, in addition to being a catalyst for transformation.

    They can help you overcome your health concerns by treating the root cause through a holistic approach to wellness. Health Coaches have an extensive knowledge in nutrition, lifestyle, and behavior and how these factors contribute to your health. They have the tools and skills required to help clients build new habits and make lasting changes.

  • Every day we are inundated with diet hacks, supplements making lofty promises, and “miracle pills”. What we’re left with is a heaping pile of conflicting information on how to optimize our health.

    If you are someone who has tried every diet, workout class, or supplement on the market, to no avail, that is because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to to health. 

    We are all bio-individuals. Our health needs are as unique as our fingerprints.
